Hana Azizi, MD, MPH is an assitant professor of Rehbailitation Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. She is the director of Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and fellowship director of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine. She specialises in treating pediatric patients with different neurological and musculoskeletal conditions affecting their function and development. Dr. Azizi received her MD degree from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and MPH degree from Tehran School of Public health in Iran. She completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center, and a fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at NYU Langone Health in New York.
Her main research interests include cerebral palsy and spinal muscular atrophy. She is a peer reviewer for The Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine.
