Andrea Toomer, MD

Dr. Andrea Toomer is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with Culicchia Neurological Clinic in New Orleans, LA. She is also faculty in the LSU Department of Neurosurgery in New Orleans, LA.

Dr. Toomer received her Medical Degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Medical Center of Louisiana in New Orleans, LA, and completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, NC.

Dr. Toomer currently practices in a multispecialty group consisting of neurosurgeons, neurologists, and physiatrists. Her practice includes an in-patient rehabilitation facility consisting of a 24 bed unit, and an outpatient rehabilitation practice that focuses on spasticity management.
