Dr. Mark Huang is Chief Medical Information Officer for the Shirley Ryan Abilitylab. He serves as an advisor to American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) on clinical informatics and regulatory programs such as the QPP and is considered a national expert for physiatry on informatics and quality measure reporting. He serves on the AAPM&R Data Registry Steering Committee. He served on the 2018 CMS MACRA Measure Development Plan Technical Expert Panel to provide input into quality measure development and the 2019 National Qualitty Forum Measure Feedback Loop Committee.
