David Itskevich is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, specializing in orthobiologic spine care and musculoskeletal diagnostic and interventional ultrasound. Applying a comprehensive approach, Dr. Itskevich works to identify contributing sources of pain and dysfunction which enable him to provide each patient with a personalized treatment plan to improve their overall function and quality of life.
Dr. Itskevich completed an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship with the Department of Anesthesiology at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). Prior to that, Dr. Itskevich completed his Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UPMC where he was named Resident Collaborator of the Year and honored with an Excellence in Pain Medicine award. During fellowship and residency, he focused on advanced interventional techniques for treating complex neuromusculoskeletal and spine injuries through ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided procedures. He earned his medical degree from the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine where he received a Certificate of Honors in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology/Neurobiology.
