Dr. Alexandria Haselhorst, DO is an Assistant Professor in Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine in the department of Physical Medicine & Rehabiliation at the University of Texas Dell Medical School in Austin, Texas. She completed her medical education at University of North Texas Health Science Center-Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. Her Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation training was done at University of Texas Dell Medical School in Austin, Texas. She completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab and Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She has interests in musculoskeletal ultrasound and adaptive sports medicine. She has been involved in novel research study of analyzing knee osteoarthritis serum and synovial fluid biomarkers and their association with cartilage atrophy on MRI in acute spinal cord injury patients during their admission to an inpatient rehab hospital.
