My name is Zach Griffin and I am a 4th-year medical student at Texas Tech University Health Science Center after receiving a BA in Russian from Texas A&M University. I have spent one year working in the lab of Dr. Volker Neugebauer M.D, Ph.D with the Pharmacology and Neuroscience Department at TTUHSC, as well as working with Dr. Bei Zhang M.D., Ph.D on more recent projects. I am also an active volunteer locally with the Special Olympics of Texas, Texas Ramp Project, and I have been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer for 5 years.
