Kimberly Fazio, MD

Kimberly Fazio is originally from Sacramento, California. She attended the University of San Diego where she graduated with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry and theology. She continued her education at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska by obtaining her Master’s in clinical anatomy. She completed medical school at Creighton University in 2020. After meeting her husband, an Ohio native, she matched in PM&R at MetroHealth/Case Western Reserve University where she is currently the administrative Chief Resident.
