Dr. Sarae Sager is a PGY-3 Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Resident at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly
Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago). She received a Bachelors in Exercise Science at the University of New England, and completed her medical school training at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. She is an active member of the American College of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her career goals include pursuing sports medicine fellowship and creating a practice for educating her patients and families on preventative health behaviors and treating acute medical problems. She hopes to give back to her community by volunteering with young adults, atheletes, and families to promote community wellness and health education.
