Justin Owens, DO, is a PGY-3 at the Baylor Institute of Rehabilitation in Dallas, Texas. He completed his medical school training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in May of 2021 and finished his intern year at the Baylor Scott and White internal medicine program in Temple, Texas, in June of 2022. He is a current third year resident of the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, interested in general physiatry, electrodiagnostics, amputee rehabilitation, and neurorehabilitation.
