I am David Pilkington, DO PGY-4 at University of Washington's Rehabilitation Medicine residency program going into an interventional pain medicine fellowship at the University of Washington. I am from Rochester, NY before moving to Shanghai and then Southern California before ultimately coming to Seattle, WA. My current interests are in sustainable solutions to chronic pain as well as trainee education in practice management and personal finance.
