Reza Farid, MD is a professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at university Missouri in Columbia. I am board-certified in adult and pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation. My clinical practice focuses on the treatment of spasticity in individuals of all ages. I actively manage over 125 intrathecal baclofen pumps, and perform focal interventions including botulinum toxin for spasticity, cervical dystonia and spasmodic dysphonia as well as chemical neurolysis of peripheral nerves with phenol via ultrasound guidance.
