My name is Jack Leal, DO and I am a current PGY-3 Resident Physician in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabiliation at Nassau University Medical Center. I was born in Tampa, Florida and attended the University of South Florida for my undergraduate degree and receicved my medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University.
