Diane Mortimer MD, MSN, FAAPMR is the medical director for inpatient brain injury and polytrauma rehabilitation at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. She and her team care for Veterans and Service Members affected by acquired brain injury across the rehabilitation continuum as part of the VA's Polytrauma System of Care
