Sam Moshofsky, MD is a third year Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation resident at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. He grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to Dallas after couples matching with his wife. He plans to pursue fellowship training in pain or musculoskeletal/spine medicine, and he looks forward to a career of practicing patient-centered care. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, hiking, backpacking, and "long" walks with his wife and english bulldog.
