My name is Nelson E. Santos Agosto, DO, MS. I am the current education chief resident in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. I was raised in Puerto Rico and Orlando, FL. I am a husband and father to two young ones (6mo old and 5yo). My career interest include but are not limited to sports medicine, ultrasound, msk interventional procedures, sports nutrition and exercise physiology.
