My interests in the field of PM&R stem from the wonderful friends and mentors I gained during my time in medical school, as well as the leadership roles and research that I have had the opportunity to participate in. During my medical school career, I had the unique opportunity to serve as the Public Relations Co-Chair for the American Osteopathic College of PM&R Student Council, and also was able to participate in writing MSK related articles for StatPearls. These experiences, as well as the coordinated guidance of my mentors in medical school, enhanced my love and interest for the field. I am excited to join AAPMR 2023 to not only share my own research, but to also learn from my colleagues, and witness the latest and greatest of the field of physiatry.
