David S. Ibrahim, B.S., is a fourth-year osteopathic medical student at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. David aspires to match into Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2024 to continue his career journey to becoming a physiatrist. He is, first and foremost, passionate about general physiatry and will keep an open mind during residency to determine if he would like to do a fellowship. His research interests include investigating the impact of sports specialization on college athletes regarding injury rate, mental health, and return to play. He enjoys video games, cooking, learning languages, volleyball, and geocaching in his free time.
