Christopher W. Lewis, MD (he/him/his)

Clinical Informatics Fellow
University of Washington

Chris Lewis, MD is currently a PGY-5 Clinical Informatics fellow at the University of Washington. He is clinically trained in PM&R and graduated from residency at McGaw Medical Center at Northwestern University and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in 2023. He completed undergraduate and medical education at the University of Washington. His research focus is in the domain of clinical informatics and developing clinical decision support tools to better serve patients with functional limitations and their providers.
