Sonal Oza, M.D. is a board-certified physician in physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R) who subspecializes in cancer rehabilitation medicine. She currently practices at Emory University/Winship Cancer Institute. She previously developed the RISE Cancer Rehabilitation program at the University of Utah/Huntsman Cancer Institute.
Dr. Oza completed her medical residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine/Shirley Ryan Abilitylab (formerly known as the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago). During this time, she received a certificate in medical education through the McGaw Medical Education Clinical Scholars Program. She subsequently completed a fellowship in cancer rehabilitation medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY. She has research interests in patient reported outcomes and care delivery.
