Valerie Bresier, Other (she/her/hers)

Medical Student
Albany Medical College

Valerie Bresier is a fourth-year medical student at Albany Medical College and currently serves as the Diversity Representative on the AAP Medical Student Council. Throughout her medical school experience, she has been a strong proponent of advocacy and mentoring students from underrepresented backgrounds. Her research interests include neurorehabilitation, allyship in medicine, and diversity and inclusion in medical education. She plans to pursue a career in academic medicine to combine her passions of mentorship and research into her clinical practice.
