Amy T. Cao, MD (she/her/hers)

Prudential

Dr. Cao is Vice President and Medical Director at Prudential Financial. Dr. Cao graduated from Rice University (B.A. Psychology), completed medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, then completed PM&R residency at Baylor College of Medicine/University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Prior to joining Prudential, Dr. Cao was an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine where she was involved in teaching, research, performing electrodiagnostic studies, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient musculoskeletal work. At Prudential, she has leveraged her prior clinical and academic experience coupled with her analytical approach by working on many projects to improve processes as well as patients' experiences with respect to long term disability claims.
