William T. Lovegreen, MS CPO is the Regional Prosthetic and Orthotic Clinical Director for the Amputee System of Care Region 6 (VISN 5,6,and 9) and is located at the Richmond VA Medical Center in Richmond, VA. He is American Board Certified in both prosthetics and orthotics. Mr. Lovegreen has 47 years of clinical practice both in the private sector and for the last 10 years with Veterans Administration. He has extensive experience in advanced prosthetic and orthotic research designs and business clinical management.
