Donald Kasitinon, MD is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where he completed medical school and residency. He currenlty serves as an Associate Program Director for the PM&R Residency and as the Director of Adaptive Sports Medicine. Prior to joining faculty, he completed a non-operative sports medicine fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. Kasitinon has a strong interest in all aspects of sports and musculoskeletal medicine, but his primary clinical interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, team sideline coverage (especially football and basketball), regenerative medicine, adaptive sports, and chronic overuse injuries in tennis athletes.
