Get ready to go on a tour of management options for spinal joints and pseudojoints. The session delves into the intricacies of facet joint targeting interventions from what we know so far to what remain as challenges to standard radiofrequency techniques. We will also cover the diagnosis and management strategies for more exotic joints including suboccipital joints and transitional lumbosacral pseudojoints. This session will be interactive and be case-based. We will cover injection techniques.

Understand selection criteria, techniques, evidence base for radiofrequency ablation for facet joint mediated pain
Identify joint pathology presenting challenges to standard radiofrequency technique
Review the diagnosis and management of suboccipital joint mediated neck pain
Demonstrate awareness of the presentation and management of lumbosacral pseudojoint mediated pain
